MICHAEL CRUICKSHANK
Michael Cruickshank, born 1957, is an English landscape painter working in oils and watercolours. He studied Fine Art / Painting at Exeter College of Art UK, graduating in 1980. It was during his time at Exeter that he developed a love for landscape painting inspired by the rugged beauty of Dartmoor and Exmoor, and was often to be seen with canvas and oils or watercolour sketch book capturing the moods of the landscape around him.
He now lives and works in his native Sussex where he finds inspiration in the richly varied landscape, so characteristic of this beautiful English county.
Michael's work is to be found in private and corporate collections in the UK and Europe, the USA, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong and South Africa.
